Grand island Vetenary hospital Grand Island New York. This facility I came upon when my little one Piper had a stroke at 2 yrs of age and needed emergency care immediately. I called them and they were ready as soon as I arrived with my baby. She is 11 now and continues to go here along with my 2 other babies. The facility is clean, full of beautiful individuals that treat my fur babies as their own as well as being very kind and helpful when needed. My male whom is 7 yrs old goes there for grooming. He has to be sedated for this but has come a long way. He has formed a special relationship with his groomer which to us is absolutely amazing. The entire team was so friendly and welcoming. It put us at ease when we brought our dachshund to them for the very first time I could not be happier with the service we received. I appreciate the expertise and kindness that each member displayed you truly have something special

On short notice and with great delicacy and care, everyone at the hospital went out of their way to make one of the harder days myself and my family went through a bit more bearable. Who would have known a man's best friend could be a guinea pig. My daughter at 5 named him "Bumpy" ... A name that grew on us. He was with me every day for over 5 years. My best friend was in alot of pain yet still he was a stoic warrior until the end. When they brought him back after an exam to confirm nothing more can be done, they have us all the time we needed with him... My man Bumps was tired and hurt. They sent him off without pain and made sure what I asked was done right. God bless you all. Thank you for the card and items for us to remember him by.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt heard and appreciated how everyone took gentle care of Buddy. It was also nice that options were given before payment was required. I felt so comfortable and confident of buddy's care. Being heard and not dismissed.

When my dog Buddy passed, the staff showed us kindness and compassion that I will never forget. Losing him was one of the hardest moments, but they treated Buddy with such dignity and treated us with genuine empathy. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly understanding during a time when we truly needed comfort. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with love and respect. Your compassion made a painful experience a little easier, and our family is deeply grateful.
