Our cat, Crumbs LOVES Dana. She is very picky about who she lets touch her but cuddles right up to Dana and gives her kisses the whole time she is putting the claw caps on her. She gets them done quickly and her whole shop has an aura of calmness, the dogs are so quiet and content. I totally recommend her for any kind of pet grooming.

I have my dog there for nail trimming. He LOVES those people cuz they are gentle cuddles. Suggest you bring ur pets there. People are friendly and warmly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have an 8 month old, female, Siberian Husky mix (about 55-60 lbs) who is a big baby with anxiety issues. I have tried taking my puppy to Dana's twice now and both times have been a disaster. Both times I did not even get to finish my sentence before Shadow (my dog) was dragged, and I do mean dragged, back to the tables. The person cutting her nails did not take a second to introduce themselves to the dog, or myself, to establish any kind of trust or care and seemingly did not care at all that Shadow was distressed when she attempted to cut her nails. On the most recent appointment, we booked it and explained that Shadow has high anxiety issues and that she has taken the medicine the vet prescribed for getting her nails cut, and we said the same when we

Our beloved pet was a customer at Dana’s for over 10 years since we moved on the Island.. they were always professional and caring, however just recently our pet passed… I left a message what had happened and for obvious reasons had to cancel our pets next visit! I guess we were a little taken a back when we never received a sympathy card or acknowledgment of our pets passing! That to me is not only unprofessional but shows lack of compassion… so if and when we do get another pet needles to say we won’t be going back!!
