Grand Grooming

I am very disappointed with my experience here. My dog’s haircut was uneven and not done well. More concerning, after I took my dog to the car and looked her over more, I discovered a cut/plug with blood stuck in the hair on her back. This was never mentioned to me at pickup. I went back into the shop immediately to show them, and the groomer said it must have happened while combing her and that he had no idea it occurred. Accidents can happen, but pet owners should always be informed if their dog is injured, even slightly. The lack of communication and accountability was upsetting and makes me uncomfortable trusting this place with my dog again. I hope they take more care in both grooming and transparency moving forward. The first and the last time, we will never go back.

Love the gentlemen at Grand Grooming. Colin and Carlos (aka 'Grandpa') are wonderful and they've been grooming my kitty for years. I adopted her and her sister (R.I.P.) and they were very 'skittish'. Grandpa handled them both with care and they were like putty in his hands. Highly recommend!!!! They certainly have the touch and have gained our trust!!!

Colin and Carlos are wonderful with my Silky Terrier. Oliver! They know exactly how I want him to look and he looks great each and every time! I can always count of these two guys to give Oliver a fabulous haircut and he smells great, too. You are the best and have the best prices around. I'll bring you more cookies next time.

This place is fantastic! I have a big dog with lots of hair, I adopted him when he was already 8 months and his previous owners had his hair all matted around his butt and hind legs. Ive never been able to get it all out and I thought I would be charged at least $200~ for all his grooming. It was only $40! I was shocked at how affordable it was and for such an amazing job they did, getting out all the mats and tangles. They left my dog beautiful and this is going to be my monthly go to spot from now on ❤ I highly recommend this place, we had to wait a month for our appointment but it was so worth it!!

I take both my girls here and they LOVE their day at the spa! The guys know their names when we come in. The best in the business we won't go anywhere else. The big box store was horrible with them! And asked me to bring them in separately.
