Grand Central Pet Grooming

Horrible very upsetting and I called today so I can talk to the owner Darlene, which is her groomer and she told me that she will call me back. She was with a customer excuse me and what am I? After so many years that I’ve been with them when they were working for someone else, at the location on S.E Military Dr.and then they open their own and I follow them to their own place and I followed them to the new location on Pecan Valley not once but twice that she had given my furry daughter a uneven cut And shame on me for giving her the benefit and doubt that it won’t happen again and she can’t even call me back. How upsetting is that ? It’s already 6:37pm And not gotten a call back from her as you can see in the pictures below she has one side of her little head, three different uneven c

The groomer/owner did an excellent job with our Labradoodles. One of our dogs becomes aggressive when her paws are touched, today our dog had her moment, then she allowed the groomer to continue on and did not show any signs of aggression; we were shocked!

I took my two dogs as walk ins and the staff and owner were super friendly and accommodating! One of my dogs has anxiety and was shaking but they cared for my dogs like they were their own. I felt comfortable leaving my babies with them. The prices are reasonable and I will definitely be returning.

People were extremely nice. Welcoming and friendly and accommodating . Though they don't ordinarily groom and bathe cats they welcomed my cat with open arms. He left looking gorgeous and happy. We would recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the best groomer. I am so pleased, Darlene is so sweet and very knowledgeable. My puppy looks so cute, I highly recommend Gran Central Pet Grooming. We have found a forever groomer!!!💜🐶
