I took my dog here because they were the closest vets who could do a BAER test on a 2 year old pup who we suspected was shard of hearing for a long time. The vet was honest and mentioned if we suspect something, he probably has it and let us decide if we wanted to spend money or not. For the longest time we didn't think we needed testing until our dog started becoming aggressive towards other dogs with no warning and behaviorists recommended that we get him checked to know for sure and understand what's scaring him, so we just did it. We had NO idea he was 100% deaf, and now everything makes sense! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, they treated my dog very well, and he didn't even need sedation. We took our cat Sebastián a few weeks ago to the clinic because we noticed that he was losing weight and he was very 😔 😔 ,it was because we recently lost my son David 😢 some time we don't see that our animals have feelings for the owners that's what my Sebastián shows us the love has no different because they cry for the loss too, now we give a insulin shot twice a day and we take it to the vet every week or two ,the Dr said if we keep doing that Sebastián it going to be ok we love ❤ our baby 🐈 😻 🐈‍⬛ 😺 🐱 very much, we thank you the Dr for taking care our little Sebastián ❤ 💙 💜.

My friend/neighbor recommended Granada Veterinary Clinic for the care of our new Border Collie puppy. Our boy is 2 years old now and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with staff and the level of care. Jamie and Becky at the front are amazing and always greet pet parents with a smile. The veterinary techs are also super nice and compassionate with the fur babies. Dr. G is also attentive to our concerns, helpful and extremely conscientious when it comes to cost while giving the utmost in veterinary care. Although, appointments are required, they made an exception and squeezed us in when our puppy hurt his paw. Their kindness is amazing. I highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone who wants a veterinarian who IS about the animals, not just the money.

Excellent care all around. Great vet, great staff. Dr. Hinebaugh is careful, thorough and explains everything carefully. His staff is efficient. Family atmosphere. They try to combine services, if possible, to save you money, they don't perform unnecessary tests, they give you as many treatment options as they can. My GSD has been well taken care of here and I know I'm not being overcharged. Highly recommend.

Been a customer here for over 25 years. Staff are wonderful and very caring with animals. Becky is the best!
