I got my cat neutered here on 1/16/2026 and everything went great and smooth, my cat is very happy. Very friendly staff. There was a small mistake on their end about refunding the $30 deposit to my card as it was put down I got refunded cash. I called them and Brianna resolved it within a day and got me the refund. Very pleasant, highly recommended, nice and polite staff. Definitely bring your furry family member here. You're in good hands.

Their care for your furballs is genuine ...and they are not looking to hustle you to make an extra buck. They are a blessing for the low income folks.

Dropped off cats I am fostering for a rescue, both of them are up for adoption. They had a neuter appointment. The clinic clipped one of the cat’s ear when they were specifically told NOT to do ear clips. This is a mistake that SHOULD HAVE NOT HAPPENED and it BETTER NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. So disappointing. —— Responding to the clinic’s response: NO. The cats that I dropped off FOR the rescue were not through the City Program. And if that was the case, BOTH cats would have got the ear clip, NOT just one! That was an ERROR from the doctor or whoever did this. The Rescue which I’m fostering for CONFIRMED they never EVER get their cats ear tipped and indeed was YOUR unfixable mistake.

They helped neuter my dog! I have a yellow Labrador retriever. I called around multiple places and every place wanted over $500 with my neuter certificate from the city. CAMP only had me pay $170 for bloodwork and $30 for pain medications and nothing for the neuter. They took great care of my boy and I couldn't be happier. He healed well and they finished him early as I asked. Thank you for providing affordable vet care and caring for my boy!

My experiences with this place were somewhat disappointing. I chose this place because I trusted the high review, even though I found another place in Burbank more affordable ($110 for cat neuter, with free e-collar). I called 4 times and was not able to speak to a real person. They made mistakes on both of my kittens’ paperwork, which thankful they called later and showed me that the vaccine and medicine given were actually right.
