GoodVets West Ashley

We started using good vets when we got our puppy Folly. they do everything from routine to urgent care. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a coffee bar and snacks for us humans also☺️Folly loves it there she can’t wait for them to come back in the room. They also have different programs to choose from. I would definitely recommend 100%🐶❤️🐱

Our Duke had to be put down and the ladies at the West Ashley location were absolutely amazing. They took great care of our best buddy and also made sure we were ok. Very compassionate and patient with everything. Can not recommend them enough

Updated Review: Let me start by saying the staff is incredible here. Both Vets and their technicians I've worked with as well as the front desk staff have been very poltie, respectful, and caring for me and my pet. I had previously left a negative review because of some disagreement I had about the price and they way it wasn't addressed until I got to the desk to check out. About 24 hours after leaving very unhappy, the treating Vet reached out and made offers to try to make it right. She refunded some of the things I didn't expect to be so expensive and made notes in my chart about how I prefer minimal intervention whenever possible. While I still don't appreciate the way the billing aspect of the care was initially handled, the Vet understood, made it clear prices will be addressed be

Took my dog in for first checkup since adopting. They have been very friendly, thorough and helpful. Worked with how I have desired to work with the dog and given advice that matches my SOP. Been quick with check ins and check outs. Communicated well about appointments and needed criteria for tests.
