Glen Lake Animal Hospital

I have gone here for years, but recently as so grateful for their excellent service and kindness. My dog had super bad allergies and smelled so bad. I was exhausted from trying everything and bathing him to try to fix it. The vet immediately recognized that and said “I can tell this is putting a strain on your relationship”. She ordered tests and solved the problem. But the best part was the unexpected emotional support!

We received a quote over the phone for procedures for our dog I brought dog in for pre-procedure exam And I was told actual cost for procedures was over $1,000 more than quote we were given I was told if we decided not to do the procedure with them, they would refund the exam fee I informed them we were not going to do the procedure with them and requested a refund for the exam fee. I followed up several times about exam fee refund with no response.

Today was my first time ever at Glen Lake with my cat and we saw Dr. Butler. I am so impressed and appreciative of the care we received today. Dr. Butler was so thorough, informative, and did not miss a beat. Laura was fantastic as well and both made myself and my cat feel so comfortable and welcome. I really appreciated the care we received and plan to switch all future care of both of my cats here. Thank you so much again.

My dogs are older, and we’ve been to many vets over the years. We started going here about two years ago when I moved from another state. Dr. Brock is by far the best vet we’ve ever had. On top of that, the staff here are amazing! I love this clinic and their staff!

We’ve been seeing Dr Lunde for years and she is great! Highly recommend this vet!
