Glam Pet Groom

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING!! Worse grooming my dog has ever received!!! My dog is 3 years old and I have never received my dog in worse shape after a grooming than I did at Glam Pet Groom!! I am new to this area of San Antonio and was searching for a new groomer when I came across Glam Pet Groom. Upon arriving at the establishment, I noticed a sign that said "No Refunds". I now know that I should've taken this as a HUGE RED FLAG and I regret leaving my dog in their care!! Upon initial arrival we were greeted by Melissa who was very polite and friendly but I had no idea this friendliness was going to be a cover up for the botched grooming job that was done on my dog! This is the second time I’ve take my dog grizzly. The first time he loved it he was so pampered he didn’t want to take his bow tie off lol he has been more comfortable going to the vets.. He loves the attention they give him and I love how well they take care of him and they know how to do the cutest haircuts/trims for him. I can say I trust them with my fur baby and love the service

I brought my 15 lb bichon here for grooming in January 2026 and requested a specific cut, which I discussed in advance and provided reference photos for at drop-off. The final result did not match the requested style at all, and my dog was also left with some uneven areas. Furthermore, one nail had been trimmed very short causing my dog to bleed. I contacted the owner to share my concerns, but she responded in a rude and dismissive manner and refused to provide a resolution. I’m simply sharing my personal experience from this visit so future clients can make an informed decision. I have no reason to misrepresent what occurred.

Overall fair service. Pickup: I was texted the anticipated time for pick up and warned of $15 fee if late…so I was surprised to arrive and have to wait an additional 25min with no warning. Also, we have never been charged before seeing our pup—I usually give extra gratuity for superb quality but had to pay without seeing the finished result. Hair cut: Our pup looked good, but unfortunately I had to trim him once we got home (long, uneven areas on paws and face and body), after 5.5hrs. He did smell good!

First time taking our boy to get a bath and his nails trimmed. Even though he was nervous, they did an incredible job! They were very thorough and explained in detail how he behaved. Even recommended some items for him for next time to calm him. He smells amazing and looks his very best!
