Amazing staff. Really friendly. Always done business with them almost 9 years and they always take care of any concerns if any. Never had a problem. Flexible and a good place to start a small flooring business.

I have been dealing with general floor now for over 40 years they have always been good to me there when I need them owning your own carpet and flooring store can be challenging and it's good to have the support of a company like general floor. We do lots of business every year and will continue to do so. They have so much in stock all the time its convenient to me and my customers. I have always made them an intricate part of my business.

Went in there as a contractor from out if town. Jose completely took care of me and treated me like family. He went out of his way to set me up with an account and to guide me down the right path. I've never experience such a good relationship with a flooring business as a contractor. He actually cared and went well out if his way to take care of me. The rest of the staff was great too. Ally at the front desk is very nice and helpful also. Thank you for your help!

An abundance of beautiful carpeting along with any kind of flooring one could wish for. Sales personnel do not bother u until u r ready for their help. I wish I knew about this place when I had my family room done instead of picking from a few samlples the installer picked out. I give this showroom a 5 Starr.

I purchased a carpet in Sept. 2012 the pattern has worn off after 3 1/2 yrs. I contacted general floors and they submitted a claim to the rug manufacturer who in turn rejects my claim and said i needed to clean the rug every 12to 24 months by a professional.... i was never given any paperwork or booklets stating this.I had it cleaned 34 months professionally but that doesn't count. I guess they don't like satisfying the customer. I will be reporting this to the BBB .
