They were really good in some aspects. They weren't pushy for specific flooring we should get. They were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly, and when they installed our carpet, they did it pretty fast! We were quoted a certain price at the very beginning of it. We paid half of it before they installed the carpet, which is a great way to run a business. However, after they installed the carpet, they charged us the full amount on top of the half they already charged us. They were very quick to get it resolved but instead of just charging the original quote they charged us $60 more because they said they realized in the recalculation of the refund they forgot to charge us for a stair. We love our carpet! It is so fluffy and comfortable. Sales reps were very helpful. We used them for the carpet purchase only, as we had a separate installer. We also got a vessel sink from their storage area. Would highly recommend!
