Great Experience at PetSmart! This PetSmart is always well organized, and the staff is excellent. My puppy is currently taking classes here, and the experience has been great. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

We’ve had Cassidy and Tierza both give bath and haircut to my mister Mochi and both experiences have been awesome! they’re super good with my anxious little fella and he’s looked so handsome each time!

*Grooming* Today Steven groomed my dog Addie and did excellent! He was super friendly to my husband when he dropped her off and he did a perfect job! Addie is a bit nervous and in her older years. I feel confident Steven took great care of her!

I’ve been taking my Aussiedoodle Duke to Stephen at the Murray location for grooming exclusively. Stephen always greets Duke enthusiastically and Duke appreciates the attention. Duke is high energy and I’m always amazed that he looks so handsome after his appointment. It can’t be easy to accomplish what Stephen does for him. Thanks Stephen for what you do.

Normally this is the Petsmart I shop at and every time the customer service is top tier. However, today was a different story. Everything seemed like a usual checkout process but when it came time to pay all courtesy went out the window with this checkout clerk. She asked if I was paying with cash or card. I stated card but then immediately realized I had some cash on me since it was a more expensive order. Once I told her that I’d like to pay a portion in cash she huffed and puffed, cancelled the transaction and looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth for deciding to pay in cash last minute. I didn’t catch her name but she had facial piercings and was blonde with insanely grown out roots. I have not seen her before at this location so I’m assuming she’s new. If that’s the case
