The convenience of being able to wash my dog at any time of day or night is amazing. The equipment provided was incredibly easy to use and came with everything I needed for a thorough wash. I appreciated that there was ample time allotted by the machine, allowing me to take my time and ensure my dog was clean and comfortable throughout the process. In terms of pricing, I found the cost to be very reasonable, especially given the quality of the service and the convenience. He’s a clean boy and he smells so good. So grateful to have an indoor place like this to wash my dog and keep him warm on a cold night. Great price, and super convenient. Everything you could need. Needed a place Open late. Didn’t see any other dogs but Loki Made sure to wear his muzzle in the halls just in case.

I thought this was a great concept as I usually can't make it to a self groom place during traditional hours. I did appreciate the private room which made it easier for my foster dog to adjust. The washing part of the machine was OK, but didn't seem like it was putting out much soap and the nozzle was not super powerful. There was a tray with extra soap but it was very watered down. The dryer portion was terrible. The nozzle was not the best for drying, no alternative options, and the "fast" dryer was not fast. I ended up mainly toweling off my dog and I dried her at home. My $50 Amazon dog dryer did a better job. The brushes looked dirty and possibly rusty so I didn't feel comfortable trying any of them. It was also COLD inside. It was a winter day and did not feel like there was heatin
