Jackie is truly the best — we’ve been with her for 5 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs. She used to groom my fluffy Samoyed, and anyone who has a Samoyed knows how challenging that coat can be. Jackie always handled it beautifully — patient, gentle, and extremely thorough. My Samoyed always looked stunning after every visit: clean, perfectly brushed out, and smelling amazing, with no stress. Now I have two more dogs- Cavapoos, and the same level of care continues. Jackie is so kind and calm with them, and my dogs genuinely love her — they get excited when they see her, which says everything. Jackie has been grooming our Felix since he was a puppy and we love her. She used to work 5 minutes from our house and now lives 40 plus minutes away but the commute is worth it because she is, hands down, the best groomer we have ever had. The word “Jackie” is as much a trigger word as “walk” to our fur baby. She is patient, professional and very talented. She truly cares about the animals. We would follow her to Maryland if we had to. I had such an incredible experience at Furvana Pet Spa in Dunn Loring, VA. From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted and my dog introduced to Jackie. Jackie was patient and loving toward my behaviorally complex bulldog. She was understanding and took her time letting Sweet Potato sniff around to get acclimated. Jackie was professional and her space was extremely clean. Her prices were very reasonable and she did a breakdown of the services she provided, which I really appreciated. I have been looking for a place to take my bulldog for months and I am so glad I finally found somewhere I know she'll be taken care of. Thank you Jackie!

Brought our puppy in for his first grooming session here and he came out looking so handsome, like a little snowball! She was patient with him and took her time grooming him cause he was pretty nervous.
