Worst pet groomer I have been too yet. Took my 16lb mini Goldendoodle for a full groom. Asked for teddy bear face and shorter on body. When the groomer Peyton was shown my dog she said she could do what we asked for no problem. Then about 30 minutes after drop off got a call asking if we were ok with a lions mane tail and shaved face due to matting, we said no and the receptionist thanked us for confirming what we wanted. A minute later we get a call that the groomer had went ahead and just shaved my dog anyway without consent. After speaking with the manager Diego all he was willing to do to make it right was offer a discount of $10. Upon pickup saw that my dog was not given a short cut but a to the skin shave down instead. No apologies from the groomer or ownership of the horrible experi

Very good experience. Snowball really is not too fond of groomers. Always scared when he is dropped off. He use to come home and hide for 2 or 3 days. Not sure what was happening at other places. But since we started taking him here that's not a problem. We are very happy with this service and the people working there. A true 5 star service

They did an amazing job with my girl. She came back smelling so fresh and clean. Her cut is perfect as I like to keep her shorter because she likes to roll in everything outside 🤣

Great service! Juan did an amazing job with our large Goldendoodle, Toby. He had just come from daycare where he took a dip in the pool and rolled in the mud, so he had a few minor mats. Juan worked his magic and got him looking fantastic! The front desk receptionist was kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything since it was our first visit. She also gave us an update on how Toby did and how the grooming appointment went. (Wish I would have gotten her name as well). We're very happy with both the grooming and the customer service—definitely recommend.

Great and easy experience! We dropped our frenchie pup Milo off for his very first grooming. They were done in 1h15 which was awesome! When we picked him up, the staff said he was the best dog, especially for his first time! They loved him and made sure he was comfortable and happy. He smells AMAZING and they did great work. Love how fresh his fur and paw pads are. We’re super pleased with Furry Tails & will definitely be back 🐾
