⚠️ Beware: This store sold me counterfeit Purina FortiFlora, confirmed by Purina. I bought Purina FortiFlora here and later confirmed with Purina that the product was COUNTERFEIT. The powder was clumping and darker. The box was harder to open, and the logo was brown instead of gold. My cat — who normally loves FortiFlora — refused it. That’s what made me suspect something was wrong. When I spoke to the owner the next day, she was very defensive and claimed they buy from a long-time distributor “directly from Purina.” Purina confirmed this was not true — it was counterfeit, and there will be an investigation. Two weeks later, I went back and saw they were still selling counterfeit FortiFlora mixed with real boxes. This is dangerous and unacceptable for a pet store.

I thought this would be a nice little treat as I'm trying to get my two boys into having both wet and dry food. 😭 now they look for the packets in with their wet food and this is the only place I've found them in. I love the simple ingredients and so do they it seems. I may have to make this store a regular trip. When I gave them dinner last night they kept looking at me, now I realize why 🤣. Your fur girl recommended these after doing the stretch and pointing to them. 10/10 stars would recommend this store for products I haven't seen elsewhere in the city.

They assisted me when my cousin suddenly got very ill and I had to care for her dog after 40 yrs of not having a dog. Free Delivery is a big + of course tipping was appreciated.

Wonderfully stocked pet shop, with a perfect secret store kitty

I found Furry Paws by accident when my cat litter supplier started having some supply interruption. My normal spot to grab it was out, and so was my cat. I called Furry Paws, went there, bought the bag, was told why everyone was having a hard time finding this brand, and then they offered to deliver my 30-pound bag to my place for free. The customer service is exceptional and a welcome change in this age of faceless interactions with drones (metaphorical and literal). Plus, there’s an in-store cat who’s a gem. Highly recommended!
