Fur-Ever Friends Animal Hospital / Canine Castaways

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Two weeks ago we unexpectedly had to put our sweet Timber boy down. He had a mass in his stomach; going into surgery we thought it was possibly something he had swallowed. This was late Friday, so they kept him out with him and loved on him until we came to say goodbye when they opened the next day. He was loved on like he should have been. This was our first time at this vet and their compassion for our family and Timber was heartfelt and appreciated. It was a very difficult time. Kim was amazing and even made paw prints and nose prints for us. Trina up front, I appreciated all your hugs. Diana thanks for also taking good care of our sweet boy. When we are ready for another dog we will be back. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you.

Likely out of the norm for them, but these angels helped me with an injured squirrel today. My heart hurts for suffering animals, even just a squirrel. The staff was so incredibly kind and compassionate, if I lived closer I’d 100% bring my pets here. If they care so much about this little guy then I imagine they treat our pets just the same. Even if you weren’t able to save this sweet baby, I truly appreciate your kindness and time and I’m sure he did too 💗

Kim is the nicest lady. She goes so above and beyond for every fur baby that needs her! And Canine Castaways is a great rescue to support and adopt from. I should know, we've adopted our three 🐕🐩🐕🐾 dogs from them. Each one perfect in their little way and each one wouldn't be here without Castaways and Kim. Our most recent had his 2 little front leggies broken! 🥺 I can't wait to make the rest of his life the best he deserves!!! Support your rescues!!! ❣️

Canine Castaways Rescue is awesome! We got our pup from them, and our experience with them was nothing but great. You can tell they really care about animals. Our neighbor adopted from them as well. They have a great Facebook page, Instagram, and website where you can see available pups. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was so wonderful and so concerned that the pet you are choosing is going to a great forever home. There is a detailed application process, a home visit, and then a visit to Canine Castaways in Arcadia. The dogs we saw were all healthy and well cared for....and ADORABLE!! We are confident that we found our baby boy to complete our family.
