Classy Cuts Pet Grooming

Brought my Pomeranian in for a bath, cut and nails trimmed. I gave specific instructions on the cut I wanted. After an hour I received a text stating he was ready. When I arrived he did not have the cut I wanted and his nails were not cut so I explained the cut I wanted AGAIN! 1" long hair on the body and a "Teddy" cut around the face. I even showed a picture of what I expected. When I returned for the second time, his hair was cut to 1/4" on his body and around his face was haphazard at best. Clumps of uncut hair behind his ears and around his neck. He drew blood when I took him from the groomer and asked to have his nails ground and the groomer found 4 nails that was cut to the quick and couldn't be ground more and the dew were not cut at all. Classy cuts claimed to groom many Pomerania

This place is so awesome. Very friendly staff. Treat my babies like one of their own. Do an absolutely amazing job. Never a bad experience.

So impressive Classy Cuts got Peanut in for a full groom very last minute while we were visiting Arcadia before we went to the beach and they did a super job!

I would like to say that I was nervous about using an out-of-state groomer while visiting here but, I am so glad that I did! Chelsea was incredibly kind, patient, and very trustworthy. She gave Pete and Niko the best cuts I have yet to see on them! I will definitely be booking appointments on my next visit!

Amazing Grooming place for my little dog that I just started bringing to. Kaitlin is a wonderful new owner I highly recommend them
