Traveling, was from out of town. My Chihuahua was having pain and not acting himself. Dr. Crankshaw was very comforting and explained things and course of action he wanted to take to help my baby. Not as expensive as my regular vet. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Absolutely horrible customer service, highly rude, and not professional at all! They refused to refund a new client appointment. They put you on hold and then hang up on you. I gave them 5 days notice before the appointment and explained they had given me incorrect information regarding their location. I'm new to the area, so was unaware that they would be 25 minutes away from my location. The office manager was adamant and defiant that they would not refund the deposit. She raised her voice and was extremely unaccomodating. I am grateful that I found out in advance how second-rate this business is.

Very inviting staff. Dr. Crankshaw went out of his way to make sure we understood our options. Made it affordable and the most important part. The treatment worked. Back to playing ball and catching the Frisbee.
