I found a dog up for adoption on their website and went in to visit her a few weeks ago. The staff of super friendly and supportive! They were good on keeping me updated on her progress for being ready and I brought her home today. They have a lot of great dogs there up for adoption, anybody looking for a dog or cat should definitely visit them.

I called today about a dog running around the street I live on. I called because it was coming onto the property I live on and chasing my cats. I didn't see a coller or tags on the dog so I called to have them pick up the dog. I was told to "check with the neighbors" and "your not willing to go check with the neighbors" and "take a picture of the dog and send it to us". I had already described the dog and told them that I did not want the dog to get hurt. The lady dispatcher sounded like she didn't want to send out anyone to check. I ended hanging up on her. I hope the dog doesn't get hurt.

I can't express how wonderful the staff is here. They genuinely care about the animals and adopting them. Very easy process and our new kitten, Joy (Onyx) is thriving at home. She was already spayed and vaccinated, too! They have so many beautiful, healthy and friendly kittens for you to pick from. Please leave them a donation when you adopt, or not adopt, to keep them thriving. They are amazing people caring for the most desperate of souls and need every penny they can get and donated items. This is a place you can feel good about doing business with and extending your family. More love in your home is always a good thing, too. I highly recommend adopting from them.

Incredible facility. So big and clean. Catered wonderfully to the animals and public. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The animals all appeared very well cared for. Super impressed.

My experience is that a human officer shows up at my work (someone got my plates and called on me) for having a cat in my truck. Alice was not in distress she had a large carrier with the door open. On top was a sheepskin blanket dry and wet food and water. Theres was a litter box in the floor board 2 ventilated windows and she was content. Theres always a reason why but it has no business in this post. Anyways, they rather confiscate her unsure if she would be youthanized or given back than to allow her to stay a few days in my truck. So they won't have to deal with people calling it in. Fair right... except I offered to post a laminated sign stating her name she was fine and had everything she needed. On my lunch id let her out, she'd run around curiously then come back when I call her.
