The staff is amazing! My dog enjoys coming everyday and they have been helpful throughout some medical issues requiring the cone of shame. No complaints about the staff and day to day for my dog. However I remember them having two people during check-in and out in the past but recently I only feel like they’ve had one and it has lead to consistently longer waits for pickup especially. You can tell the staff is moving as fast as they can and appreciate them everyday for their kindness and remembering all of our pets names

Four Paws Pet Resort (Fan location) takes excellent care of my two dogs whenever they board there. They always come home happy and completely exhausted in the best way. I feel very comfortable leaving them in such a caring, fun environment, which allows me to truly enjoy my trip. Bailey, the manager, is outstanding, positive, communicative, and professional. I love seeing her friendly face every time I drop off my dogs. Highly recommend!

Love four paws! It is the most affordable in the area and my dog comes back so well-exercised and socialized every time!! The staff are WONDERFUL and as soon as we get there - Bodee immediately starts wagging his tail in excitement. They separate small vs big dogs which is great and have been very flexible with me if there is a last minute boarding.

Love love love this place! My young pup is still learning to socialize and I did tons of research on places in the Richmond area to take him for daycare. I was anxious dropping him off for the first time about a month ago. He can be very nervous around playful dogs and we have been taking him to playgroups for months with little improvement. However, since he has been going to daycare at Four Paws in the Fan his confidence has grown so much and he has really begun to love playing! They even took photos of him playing on his first day to ease my nerves. I recently drove by the building with my pup in the car, on the way to somewhere else, and he was so mad I wasn't taking him to daycare! We have been back numerous times over the past month and my pup just has the best time. Cannot recommend

I recently moved to Richmond and needed to find a place to take my pup once or twice a week for daycare and occasional boarding. She’s never been boarded or gone to daycare until now and the staff was so friendly, even let me call to check on her the first couple times. They always recognize her now, give me updates and she absolutely loves going and comes home tuckered out which is a feat in itself. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
