I was taking my dog in to get put down you know a very depressing situation. I bring my dog in and as I am filling out the forms they explain the euthanasia process. The whole time I am signing papers they were staring me down sighing, rolling their eyes and the like. Then they simply mentioned he would need to be muzzled. I gently ask does he need to be muzzled? The doctor leans on the counter and raises his voice to explain the dangers of rabies. Then continue to explain that if he does bite they will decapitate him to test his brain for rabies. While he is explaining I accept the muzzle. Then he continues to yell at me. My companion then asks them to be more considerate and to not yell at me especially due to the depressing circumstances that we are here under. Then they continue to yel

Absolutely baffled by the way I was treated here. They were inconsiderate and rude. I was screamed at and then was refused service for asking questions and I was very polite the entire time. Never getting my business again or any of my family that resides here. Please if you value your pets and have some dignity don't come here. I was talked down to like a child and was kicked out for trying to understand. Shame on this business. I feel for the fur babies who was left in their "care" because if they treated me like that I can only imagine how they're treating our pets behind closed doors. Im so disappointed and saddened by this behavior but I'm grateful I found out before leaving my baby...

We took our cat in for a teeth cleaning. When they were done and removing the breathing tube and the Asian vet forgot to deflate the cuff and just yanked it out when he felt resistance. It shredded the esophagus and our cat died. This vet's office had since tried to cover it up calling it an accidental surgical injury but we went to the university vet and had a necropsy done. They had no doubt what happened.

Simply the best. Wonderful service. I have been taking my dogs there for 14+ years.

It's been a few years. I still remember the raw fears in my dog's eyes after dropping her off for anesthesia and a procedure to examine her cancer. Shortly after she went to another vet. Despite her disease progression, when she went through a similar procedure, she did not come out with fear in her eyes. She came out normal and appearing well cared for. There was also a very aggressive and inappropriate phone call made by the primary vet on my case. Truly, an ignorant individual who is filled with nothing but pride and a lukewarm education. There is more going on behind the scenes here. Perhaps it was personal and they neglect or harm people's animals they don't take a liking to. On a personal note, defamation cases do not fly unless you can prove a significant amount of damage to you
