For the Love of Dogs Mobile Spa

Very rude and unsafe driver of the mobile spa van. Almost hit my front bumper trying to cut in front of my vehicle in a lane closure. I would hate to see how they treat the animals in a hurry. Drive slower and safe!

First off I will say that the groom was good, no issues there. Shannon was great with our nervous boy. Our next groom was scheduled for a Wednesday, and Shannon texted on Monday that she would need to move it to Tuesday. I said that was fine. She never gives a specific time because she can’t guarantee how each groom will go, which is understandable, but I waited around all day Tuesday for her to be a no show. And not just a no show, but no call, no text even now almost two weeks later. Unreliable.

Stubborn poodle is always happy after grooming. She is comfortable around Shannon.

Shannon is the BEST! I never worry about my 12 year old yorkie when she is with her! I tried multiple places before finding Shannon. I had horrible experiences including my dog being cut by 2 different groomers in 2 different places (and she sits still) and being left in a kennel and forgotten. “You get what you pay for” is more than true with Shannon. It’s worth every penny. Shannon loves her fur-clients and their families. Chloe is never even put in a kennel and she has Shannon’s full attention throughout the grooming process! I have NEVER had an issue with Shannon and completely understand keeping a 2 to 6 week grooming schedule so that my girl isn’t scared and she trusts Shannon! My girl loves Shannon and so do we! Beautiful service ❤️ serious and responsible they do a great and careful work. My little dog is old and very nervous, always afraid of being touch or hurt. But when he was done he looks happy and very clean, great cut well done. Totally loved it ❤️
