This is the third time I take my puppy for his routine vaccines and deworming. After this last visit I will no longer take my puppy to this clinic. Once I got home, I noticed a significant price increase for his deworming from $20 in 11/2025 to $40. I called once I got home to confirm the price and I gave them my puppy’s weight of 30 pounds- the lady on the phone informed me the deworming would be $29 and prices recently increased. I informed her I was just there earlier and was charged $40. She looked up his chart and confirms but was unable to give an explanation for the price difference. She kept saying “this is the price the vet gave us and depends on each dog.” This was a $20 discrepancy. I currently have an emergency with my Boxer Corso mix she is a 100 lb dog and I cannot lift her. Something very serious has happened to her back hind leg and she is clearly in pain. I called to speak to the vet because I desperately need someone to come to my house and look at this dog. I realize that most do not do house calls but I cannot lift this dog she is huge! I just wanted to speak to the doctor to see if I could express what is happening here that this beautiful 6 year old otherwise healthy dog is suffering and I need to know if they would just come and look at her. Again I realize this is highly unusual and probably not going to happen but the doctor would not even come to the phone to talk to me to hear what is going on. This is the worst vet I ever experienced. They charged me $100 to use a black light to check if my puppy has fungus. Guess how much other vets charge? For free or $10 at the most! This vey should be shutdown as they misdiagnosed my dog. She had fleas. The incompetent vet shaved her leg and recommended me to shave her as well. Good thing I didn't follow his bonehead instructions. The worst part is he charged me $300 for shampoo, pet wipes, and moose which I found online for less than $100! This place should be closed down permanently. The receptionist was also rude talking back to me. It should be a crime charging $600 for pet itchiness when another vet charged me $70? There are many good vets in Fontana. Do not come here!!!!!!!

I took my dog there to check for a mysterious wound. They overpriced me for some blood work only to tell me months later that they don't know what's wrong with her. I took her to another vet (VAH) where they immediately told me she had cancer. Had this vet identified the issue on time when they should have my dog would still be alive. RIP Lulu.

I rescued a cat. Took him to this animal hospital for shots and check up, before taking it home. The staff was very informative and helpful. The prices and service are exceptional. I recommend.
