I tried doing my mother a favor dropping & picking up her dog. They called me once the dog was ready to be picked up, to which everything seemed fine. However once I arrived there, they hit me with the surprise “we have to charge you $25 more because she was too knotty”. A short hair husky mind you. I expressed that it would have been courteous to tell me on the phone call rather than surprise me while I was there. Then I received a nasty attitude from the girl, saying that it wasn’t their job to inform the customers of price increases. Not your job??? Is it not your business??? What if I didn’t have the money??? Then I corrected myself, & told her that she ACTUALLY should have called me beforehand to see if I approve of the $25 upcharge before continuing the service. Fluffy Pets is AMAZING! 🐾 They always treat my little dog like family, and she came out looking and smelling incredible. The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly loves animals. My anxious pup left happy — that says it all. Highly recommend

Great place! My daughter started taking my Toy Poodle Stella, here to get groomed for a couple of years now. For the most part they do a great job. They groom my dog how I ask them too. Sometimes they do leave her head with too much her, but it's no big deal. I cut it down at home. I do recommend this place! The price it's decent. It's also close to my home. Friendly service! Thank you!!

My husband & I have been taking our dog here since they have opened. The girls LOVE our dog and know her by name at this point. It’s so great to have a relationship with the groomers. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. Pricing is transparent. The groomers looks for feedback to meet grooming needs which I appreciate. They are also bilingual- which I haven’t experienced at any other groomer.
