I've been a customer of Foster Animal Hospital for several years now - primarily with my cat (now 11 years old) and more recently adding my adopted two year old husky and 1 year old pomsky to the patient roster. The care we have received over the years has been fantastic. My pets mean the world to me and I am probably on the more extreme end of the spectrum in terms of prioritizing their wellness. I find the staff at this clinic - administrative and clinical alike - to be friendly, patient, attentive and kind consistently. My cat has a couple of chronic conditions that include 'flares' requiring assessment and treatment to manage pain/discomfort/stress. They only want to take your money! I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken with the care my Pitbull received here. She was spayed at this clinic, and just two days later, her incision became badly infected due to poor stitching. When I called multiple times to get help, I was repeatedly told that the doctor “wasn’t in” and that they couldn’t provide care for her. Because of their lack of concern, I had no choice but to take her to an emergency animal hospital — which cost me a fortune, on top of the emotional stress of seeing my dog in pain. I have been going to FAH for 15 years now. Dr. Aziz is the best. He took care of my first cat Mr. Max and now my second cat Mr. Beans. He is very compassionate and answers any questions I have and takes time to explain things. If I am worried he puts me at ease and I trust his judgement. He loves animals and the staff is real nice too. Mr. Beans can be a challenge but Dr. Aziz is very compassionate and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Mr. Beans care.
