This site will not allow me to enter 2 reviews so - giving a 5 STAR RATING FOR Riana in the Greenville store!!! She is more than GREAT!! Most helpful person that we have come across in this store. We were with the, or one of the, store designers for quite some time -- she just disappeared to take a phone call, right in the middle of our working together... We could see this being ok if she was gone for only a minute but it had to be 30 min before she came back to assist. Extremely unprofessional. I had to start looking for the tile and going through boxes on my own. Riana appeared and she just took right over in regard to helping me. When the designer finally re-appeared, you could tell that she was annoyed. Very Thankful for Riana and her hard work. Now back to the designer - a 2-3 star

I set up a meeting with one of the designers, Mostafa, and he made the overwhelming process of picking tile and finishes so much easier. He offered lots of tips and advice I wouldn’t otherwise have known if I was doing it on my own. He also was able to help make decisions quickly and narrow our options down so the burden of choice wasn’t so overwhelming. Overall, I highly recommend setting up a meeting with him and using floor and decor as your tile supplier of choice! (Used for my bathroom floor tile, shower wall tile, shower floor and nook tile, and grout and trim pieces).

We had an awesome experience at the Roper Mountain Greenville, SC location thanks to Jameson, who went out of his way to offer assistance as we were shopping. He did everything he could to help us with our large purchase, and he even helped us load the truck. He’s the kind of team member that restores your faith in the customer service at Floor & Decor. There were a couple of other gentlemen who helped us, including another gentlemen, Kai, who also kindly went out of his way to provide helpful to guidance with weight distribution (because we bought a lot of heavy tiles), but Jameson took the lead over our purchase to ensure we had everything we needed and he did a great job. Kudos to these two gentlemen who cared and made our visit that much better!

Walked into the store confused, as usual. Was so fortunate to encounter Typhanie as our sales help! She was awesome! So knowledgeable and professional- Floor and Decor is lucky to have her! Everyone is always helpful here! The manager Will and Lanny in the tile dept. were also great. Help from staff is so crucial when you have big (and expensive) decisions to make and thry truly help make the process so much easier! Great store overall!

Amanda is a wonderful design consultant! We provided a short description of what we thought we wanted and she had our entire bathroom designed in 30 minutes. Everything was within our budget. We me casually mentioned tile for a small bathroom and she had that designed in another 10 minutes. She prepared our quote, printed a copy for us to take complete with samples, and then emailed our contractor directly with our choices and quote. Amanda turned what has been a difficult process for me into a fun and exciting experience!!
