Honestly if I could give Jackie more than 5 stars I would. Definitely a 10/10 trainer. When I went to Jackie I was nervous about going to a new trainer for my dog Remi after the last one I went rob wasn’t that great, I saw none of the changes I was promised to see in him with that trainer. During my phone consult Jackie put my mind at ease and we talked about a game plan. I decided that I was going to send my dog for a board and train with her, and it was the best choice I could have made. She promised me results and boy did she deliver. She treats her client dogs like her own, and does an amazing job at keeping the owners up to date on everything. She’s definitely a no nonsense trainer and will tell you what you need to hear. She gives amazing support and advice through out everything.

Jackie who runs Flippin' Pawsome Dog Care is incredibly reliable and my Bear absolutely loves her!! She always sends me pictures and videos of him when she walks him and I've never seen him so happy with a walker! At first the idea of giving someone access to my home to walk my dog was a little worrisome but I feel completely comfortable with Jackie. Shes very trustworthy and she really loves and cares for the dogs that she walks and trains. I'm so lucky to have found her and recommend her 110%!!

I enrolled my dog for a board and train in November due to reactivity with house guests and resource guarding when it came to other people coming close to me at home, community, and overall everywhere in general. Me being a hands-on dog owner and letting her live with somebody temporarily whom I had never met was a hard decision but ultimately, it was a way to ensure safety of others and better that she would trained in a house, rather than a facility where she would have been caged and alone/scared overnight. While I do appreciate the training that Jackie provided for her during her stay, and the positive improvements that I have seen since she returned home, I am giving one star due to the continuous lack of communication and follow through.
