Was able to take my baby to bullyzone for her grooming service. i wanted something different and not just a basic shave down like how most other grooming places do. she normally hates going to the groomers and i always hear her barking non stop but with bullyzone she was perfectly calm and relaxed despite there had been other dogs ahead. She’s a senior as well so i was worried she’d feel sick but she came out feeling and looking better than ever! will definitely come again, if you want something unique and different for your fluffy friend bullyzone is the perfect spot with the best pet care! They do an awesome job grooming my crazy pup! Always are professional, sweet, and kind. Not only do they work quickly but they’re also knowledgeable and answers mostly all of ny random questions as a new dog owner. Definitely recommend. Pedro does my groomings as I go on Sundays!

I took my 13-year-old Maltese to be groomed, and because he has become aggressive during grooming, the place I used to take him to no longer wanted to work with him. After searching online, I found this amazing grooming salon, and they assured me they could take care of my dog despite his aggressiveness. They did an excellent job, they even trimmed his nails and brushed his teeth. When I picked him up, he was calm and showed no signs of anxiety or mistreatment, unlike a previous experience at another groomer where I only went once. This will definitely be my dog’s grooming spot from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of my dog!

Brought our 3 year old dog in for Frenchie Friday on 12-26-2025 he was neglected and I left with him dead in a Blanket no one helped us. No one from the clinic which is 3 doors down even offered assistance. Had to go to the back, load him into my car and take him to the crematory. The owners never even reached out to at least offer us an apolog. Heartbroken 💔💔💔💔🙏🙏

I had a very disappointing experience at Bully Zone Groomers in Newark, NJ and unfortunately will not be returning. My husband scheduled an appointment for our dog, Honey, for 1:00 PM. I arrived on time and was told by the young lady at the front desk that my dog was matted and that grooming would take about 2½ hours, which I understood and agreed to. When I returned around 4:00 PM expecting my dog to be close to finished, I was then informed that they had not even started grooming her yet because they were short-staffed and only had one groomer working on approximately 20 dogs. My issue is not with being short-staffed — things happen — but with the lack of communication and honesty about the wait time. If the staff knew there would be a significant delay, I should have been advised to
