IM SO THRILLED ABOUT MY BABIES HAIRCUT AND DYE!! I TOOK HER TO A PETCO WHERE THEY CUT HER HAIR VERY UNEVEN AND WHEN I ARRIVED TO GET HER I HAD TO TELL THE STYLIST WHY IS IT LONG IN HER FACE AND NECK!!? Never AGAIN! Found Wag Swag and we found a home!! My Shorkie looks beautiful and I’m very pleased with the patience and knowledge and communication the entire time of her grooming process!! I am writing to express my deep regret for bringing my puppy to your grooming service. Unfortunately, the groomer cut almost all of her hair off, leaving many patches and uneven cuts. I had sent a picture of what I wanted my dog to look like, and if the groomer was unable to achieve that for any reason, they should have contacted me to discuss options. I understand that my dog was reportedly matted, but I find this hard to believe as we brush her almost every day. As a professional, I believe that the groomer should have called or texted me to inform me of any issues and allow me to make a decision. Additionally, her nails were not trimmed during the grooming. As a result of this experience, my veterinarian has warned me that Pomeranian's hair may not grow back if cut too short. I had no
