Five Points Pet Resort at Vass

My experience at this location was excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming/kind. I really enjoyed receiving/reading the daily care/activity updates of my pet. The only thing I would ask, if the cat room be warmer, even more so, during winter months. With my experience, Cats generally prefer a warmer atmosphere.

My pup Wilson is somewhat of a big deal at 5 Points. The staff all love him and he becomes the mascot up front from time to time. They are always kind and informative about anything we need or request for Wilson. He loves it there and sometimes doesn't want to leave. Great atmosphere, great staff (shout out to Briana) the on site trainer who works with Wilson. All around great place to drop your pet off for a day or 2 weeks. We know they are in good hands, plus we can spy on them whenever! You guys are great! Keep up the wonderful work you do! Thank you for taking such great care of our boy when he's there!

I was so nervous about leaving my older dog as he’s not the friendliest, but the staff at Five Points in Vass far exceeded my expectations! They were great with him and even got him to play a bit with them. All notes were positive, and it definitely made my trip stress-free! My sincerest gratitude to the entire staff who made the effort to make Iggy’s stay better than I could have hoped for.

This place is the absolute best!!! I’ve used them 3 times now for our little Estella. We have received stellar VIP service every single time we have boarded her. Every interaction is pleasant and they go above and beyond.

We are so glad we found this amazing place to board our girl, Zina!!! The staff is so caring and helpful. The entire facility is excellent!!!! We also had her groomed and deshedded. Also, excellent!!!! This is the best place to take your pets to be boarded!!! I was also glad they introduced her to other pets. Also, here she is with her little report card🩷🩷🩷
