Denali Equine

We were looking for a practice that could help our farrier shoe our recently laminitic horse. Denali has on-site husband and wife team. Dr Workman DVM was able to xray and evaluate the hoof, do needed blood tests and she and Mike Workman consulted on how best to stabilize the hoof and the type of shoes, pads,trimming angles etc. For a complete veterinarian evaluation and a professional farrier service in one spot it's well worth the effort and investment in our horse and his future. They specialize in rehabilitation and treatment of horses of all disciplines. Just two hours from our farm. Worth the trip!

Dr. Kate and her staff treated my horse that had been diagnosed with kissing spine. I had considered putting him down as he was dangerous to ride and in considerable pain. After his evaluation at Denali I was encouraged that he would recover and become the horse I had hoped to have. I will admit I was skeptical. Fast forward 3 months and my horse is coming along beautifully! He is under saddle and we are both happy! I can’t say enough about the care he received there.

They brought him back from a career ending and possibly life ending injury and returned him to me sound, sane and in better shape than before his injury.
