Staff greeted me but tried to pressure me into buying a totally different food for my new puppy because they didn’t have what I was looking for. It is common knowledge to keep your puppy on the same diet it’s been on in the first weeks to reduce stomach upset. Someone who didn’t know this might have been influenced. Also some strange comments about the food he was on which is a very good well known brand. The selection for dog toys was surprisingly small as well. Seems like this place used to be better when it was Phydeaux.

Bailey always does such a phenomenal job on my goldendoodle! He has more beach waves than poodle tight curls and she makes him look like the fluffiest teddy bear!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their delivery services are so convenient. Good selection. My dog has actually figured out how he can incorporate a visit on our walk. He knows exactly how to get there.

I’ve been shopping here for close to 2 years and always had quality food and treat for my dogs. It’s was called Phydeauz then. I’m not sure if they renamed it or it was bought out but a lot inside the store has changed. I have experience not great customer service in the past few week, when trying to buy and/or price out items on sale. The cashier hasn’t been very helpful with any questions or issues. Since all the changes in the store I have felt like my receipts from my purchase to be off but thought I miss read items. But today I came in and decided to take pictures of what I purchased and 2 of the 3 items range up more than what’s on the shelf. I’m really disappointed in this store. I’ve decided to find my pet food elsewhere.

I love shopping in the store, but I don’t have time this week to swing by and get puppy food. My first online order was a breeze! Easy website and quick checkout. Great experience !
