Featherle Pet Care Chantilly

Im very demanding with anything and everything and even more concerning my furry baby. I’ve taken my toy poodle to many places and had good and bad experiences. I can say with confidence that in North Virginia this is the best grooming salon if you like to keep your dog stylish. The staff is kind, patient, and very skilled in pet grooming.

A horrible and disgusting grooming salon. They mistreated my dog and left him with scabs behind his ears when they shaved him. They had him come back with a bleeding paw and did not even mention it until my mom asked how it happened. To which they had no response. They called him “wild” and “crazy” because he was anxious to get out. Seeing that they hurt my dog, it is clear that he was anxious because he was in pain. They even suggested we train him as if that was the reason he was nervous. My dog had never had issues with grooming or nail trimming. These people are clearly discriminatory towards people and dogs. They treated my dog differently when my mom and dad were there (both of whom have accents) versus when I was there. I have attached photos of my dogs ears. Do not go here if you

We started with Featherle when our previous dog, Pudge was 2 and they groomed him until he passed at 15. My parents even brought their dogs all the way from Alexandria! We got our current little guy in 2021 and he’s an extra pup, but Mary and all the folks at Featherle treat him with love and respect. I can’t say enough good things about Featherle and highly recommend them!

Staff at Featherle Pet Care took wonderful care of my year-and-a-half old Border Collie! We love the natural look of collies, and staff did a wonderful job keeping him looking natural. Friendly, accommodating, and an understanding of the breed needs. We’ll be back! Also, be sure to bring cash as you cannot tip on your card!

Got almost all the way through booking an appointment. Then I was asked, what type of dogs I have. Like most dogs, they are both mutts. But because I said one was a Shepard/Rottweiler mix, they wouldn't take him. I don't even know if that's correct because he's a rescue. Very disappointing. Doesn't he look vicious?
