We are fortunate to have found Farsh Inc. to help with our carpeting project for our new home. Good customer service is hard to find and Farsh Inc. far exceeded that, providing amazing service. The showroom is beautiful with an impressive plethora of carpet options. Mansour was wonderful and his expertise is evident. He did everything he could to have our project complete within our short timeframe and it came together very well. Additionally, the installers completed a last minute request for a runner with our leftover carpet. I worked with Mansour of Farsh Inc. He was wonderful and patient. I started the project with the stairs. I picked the striped runner that needed special measureing. Mansour came and took care of everything professionally and during the pandemic too. Once the carpet was installed on the steps, I indicated that I wanted to get a remnant to go in the entry hall that would complement the stairs. Mansour found a great match that met all requirements. It is durable for the entry, easy to clean and matches well. He even had a pad cut and ready for me, not just the runner. I highly recommend Farsh Inc.

Farsh exceeded my expectations in every aspect of having runners created for our stairs. From the owner of the store coming to our house to pick not only the right look and feel but also a durable carpet for stairs with children, to his respecting my budget and the absolute craftsmanship of creating the runners. Every single person on his staff was kind, professional, caring, cleaned up after themselves and incredibly hardworking. This process could have been stressful, but his team made it incredible. We could not be happier!
