our puppy passed away 3 months after we got her after being told she was healthy… i’m starting to now realize that puppies in any places in malls are subjected to such inhumane treatment/conditions and wished that I had done my research before getting her. I miss Lucy everyday

I hate to do this but, I got a puppy here a bit ago and was told my puppy was a pure breed. While they are an amazing dog he is NOT even 50% what I was told he was. He's a mix of three different breeds! 4 if you count 1% Chihuahua. I'm very disappointed at lying to my face even providing paperwork to say how pure breed he was when there is no way! 2 stars because my puppy is a very good boy and I love them but this is still not okay.

We purchased a Maltipoo from here on Saturday. The owner AJ was very kind and knowledgeable and the store seemed very clean. At our first vet visit 2 days after buying the puppy, we were told he had a yeast infection in both ears and kennel cough. Not sure how that was missed in the store and at the vet since he had a vet visit TWO days before we purchased him. Overall, he is an amazing puppy, but I hate that we weren't told prior to purchasing that he had two illnesses.

We purchased our 2nd dog from Family Pet on Wednesday December 30 2025. Our first dog we bought from Scott 16yrs ago and we lost her this past July. So after a period of time and emptiness we decided to get another dog. We knew that Family Pet and Scott was still open. That brought alot of memories and relief that Scott was still there because we knew he have the right variety of dogs to chose from and guide us all the way in the process. He put us in "the box" the same way he did 16 years earlier and put the dogs that he knew they would be the dogs that we would want. We got the dog that would be perfect for us now after our loss and the transition was so much happier than we thought it would be. When we walked into the store, we immediately went to see what kind of puppies they had. Every single puppy was asleep and it was soooo hot in the store. The one puppy that was awake looked soooo miserable and sad and hot with its little tongue sticking out. We think they might’ve been drugged. 0/10 someone please go recuse these poor babies.
