I brought my 13-year-old dog, Beamer, to Falls Road Veterinary Hospital for grooming, and I am still amazed at how kind, patient, and thorough everyone was. Senior dogs can be difficult to groom, especially when they have anxiety, mobility issues, and past bad experiences — and Beamer checks every one of those boxes. I had already called eight different places to no avail. Because Beamer had never been there before, the veterinarian examined him first — and she was incredible. She took her time, never rushed, and answered every question I had. We went over all my concerns. The new groomer, Ian, is by and far the BEST groomer we have ever worked with. My dog has severe anxiety, Ian took the time to calm her and talk to her establishing a rapport and earning her trust. He also took the time to call me after to let me know about her appointment. I’ve had 3 dogs over the span of 30+ years, as far as groomers go, Ian is him full stop!!!

I love when I can write such an honestly amazing review for a business. I recently moved back to the area and decided it wasn’t worth driving back to North Carolina with my cat to see his old vet, who I felt comfortable with and trusted over the years. I have a cat who gets significant tartar buildup each year and needs a routine teeth cleaning under anesthesia. I love my cat more than words can say, and I want only the best care for him.
