I loved taking my dogs there, Heather has always been great but when the staff forgot how to speak to and treat the customers it can ruin a small business’s reputation. When a staff member can look at a client with a full salon and say, “you don’t want to go there with me”, shows she shouldn’t be working with people. Her rudeness and lack of respect and professionalism speaks volumes about her. I’ve been a client since the Lexington Ave days, adopted a dog, referred many people but will not be returning due to this as long as she works there. Other than that particular worker, I have nothing bad to say about the place.

This was our first time at FairyTails. I instantly fell in love with this puppy and they were so sweet! They answered every questions I had and was super helpful! Since he is a young puppy, they gave me a copy of when he went to the vet to get checked and neutered. And they gave me a copy of his vaccine records and a lot of info on how to keep him safe from Parvo. You can definitely tell how they love and care for these animals. I highly recommend adopting any animal from them!!!

We adopted our dog from FairyTails in 2023. The staff was wonderful to work with, everyone was so kind - and the love and care put into the rescue is undeniable. We would absolutely recommend working with them when you're ready to adopt your own fur baby!

Fairytails is doing an unbelievable job! I can not say enough about these wonderful people. What they do is provide love and care to these sweet doggies. They volunteer their lives to save these animals at their lowest point! Thank you for our sweet Benny. You will always have our support!

A little less than a year ago, we adopted Maezee (Monet) from Fairy tails. She was so well worth the drive. She is an amazing little one. Since then, we try to give back to the rescue as much as possible because the service, followup and their love of the animals shows in what they do every day.
