We did not use this office for their veterinarian services - only for their dog groomer, Mae. Mae is a wonderful, talented young lady, who's love of animals shines thru! Our recently adopted longhair German Shepherd hadn't (ever?) been groomed, so she had knots & dreadlocks all over. We hoped Mae would not have to shear our Ginger, and she shaved her only where absolutely unavoidable so she was still a pretty girl! Thanks, Mae! The other gals working the desk there were all very pleasant as well.

I recently brought my 95-pound English Lab to Fairview Animal Hospital for grooming. When I scheduled the appointment, I made it very clear how large he is, and the groomer confirmed his size would not be an issue. When I picked him up, he was completely soaking wet — not just slightly damp, but visibly wet to the touch — which made it feel like the grooming process wasn’t fully completed. I was then told I should consider finding a different groomer due to his size. Despite this, we were still charged $93. If his weight was going to be a challenge, I truly wish that had been communicated before accepting the appointment. I appreciate the honesty in the end, but the experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. For owners of large dogs, I recommend confirming in detail that the faci

I’m honestly really disappointed with our experience. Our dog is shy but not aggressive, and we were charged $40 for a nail trim without being told the cost ahead of time. They labeled her as a “Level 2,” but it’s unclear what that even means—especially since the entire nail trim took about three minutes. If she truly required a higher level of care, I would have expected the process to take longer or at least be explained to me. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of, which is really unfortunate because this place didn’t used to be this way. We won’t be returning.

So far we have had a really great experience here. We had a pup that needed a quick exam for strangles. They charged us $57 total with meds. They then sent it more prescriptions and didn’t make us come back for a second visit for no reason as the pup was doing good just needed to be on meds longer. I hate vets that try and make you broke but they don’t. They helped us heal our baby without ruining our finances

We have been taking our pit here for a few years. The last visit she had some stomach issues and we were charged over 500 bucks for X-rays, vaccines, and worm meds. Then wanted to keep her over night to make sure some meds they gave her for her stomach to clear up the X-ray showed she had a little blockage but couldn’t say for sure if it would clear up or not. I asked how much and was quoted another 200 plus another 150 for the next day bc she would need another X-ray before she came home. On top of this the place smells so bad of pee and poop it takes your breath. I get dealing with a bunch of animals they are gonna have accidents hear and there and some odor would make sense but that strong and it never fades or goes away the whole time. I’m sorry but that is just gross. I almost couldn’
