I had my carpet replaced by Fairfax Floor about two years ago, and the quality has truly held up. The installation was clean and professional, and the price was much lower than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Even after two years, the carpet still looks great—I’m very satisfied and would happily recommend their service.

Top notch service, selection and installation. I have used Fairfax Floors 3 times for our carpet needs. From replacement of damaged carpet due to pets to them coming out and measuring for 2 super huge area rugs that were cut and bound just for our home. We had hardwood floors installed. Fairfax Floors did a great job. Excellent communication, came when they said they would come, and cleaned up afterwards. The floors look excellent. Great attention to detail. The guy who was in charge of the crew clearly cared about the quality of his work. Highly recommend.

There were a couple of glitches during installation and how they handled it was completely professional. They called me about resolving the issues not the other way around.
