Please do not use this company. Francois is a liar and a cheat. When making the deal he stated we would have the carpet picked up and he charged us extra for it then proceeds to lie about even agreeing to it even with witnesses. We were also charged for furniture to be moved and they did not move it back after the fact. The job was rushed even though it took an extra day. After instillation there was just debri and remnants everywhere. Save your money and avoid this scammer

Do not use this company. Not reliable. Not trustworthy. Not professional. I was told that my old carpet would be picked up and brought to the front of my house the evening before my neighborhood’s bulk pick up day. After the owner (Francois) came to get the balance of money once the job was completed, he even assured me again and stated anything he said he was going to do would be done, meaning, he would be back bulk day to remove the old carpet from the side of my house to the front for pickup. Well lo’behold, the evening before bulk day I contacted him and text him and no response. The morning of I contacted him again and no response. Basically, this is not a trustworthy company. The job wasn’t even great at all. What I should have done was made sure he took the carpet with him that day

Where do I start? Hired this company for a basement installation. Very unprofessional service. For one they showed up 1 1/2 late. Installers were arguing and cursing loudly all day even with my 5 year old daughter around. Stepped out and left my wife to supervise, when I returned the carpet was cut too short against the back wall so you can see the ground, there is a large lump in one of the steps. They moved the pool table and when my wife asked them to move it back they refused, leaving it in the same spot. Turned out they had broken one of the legs that's why they refused to move it back while she was watching. Myself and my wife have called on many occasion to have them correct the lump on the step and the cutting of the carpet too short. To this day the owner hasn't come out to make

In business image is everything. Mr Francois is very intelligent and suggested the color and style, my customers think I renovated the store, I appreciate this man and will definitely come back.
