Eye Care for Animals - Philadelphia

I brought my (almost) 16yo senior chihuahua mix to see Dr. Rowan due to a concern with potential cataracts vs nuclear sclerosis. The entire staff members were so friendly and professional throughout the entire encounter. Dr. Rowan was extremely gentle during the eye exam, very knowledgable and detailed. Her team really showed dedication and service and made myself and my senior dog feel very comfortable. Dr. Rowan took the time to discuss things in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. 10/10 recommend!

The office is clean and modern with lovely refreshments in the lobby. They had the most adorable “welcome” sign naming the current days pets, which made us feel special! The front desk staff and technicians were very friendly and engaging. Dr. Rowan was kind, informative, and really took her time explaining things. Steve can’t wait to come back for a visit!

Had an excellent experience here for an emergent and nerve wracking issue that came up pretty suddenly with my dog’s eye. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and efficient in her care. The office was impeccable and the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I was very nervous to have my dog’s issue resolved and the doctor was able to quickly diagnose and treat it and her approach put me at great ease.

I brought my dog in for severe corneal ulcer based on a referral from the primary vet. I was a bit hesitant since they were new and had no reviews at the time, but dr. Rowan and everyone else have been really great. She was very thorough with the exam, took me through the different options/costs, asked me questions, and followed up with a text after the visit as well as a hand written card. I thought she was very empathetic. Would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roman she understand my dog’s problem with her eye and handled both us with acceptable care. I would highly recommend this office.
