She explained everything clearly, especially the pricing, which I really appreciated. You can truly see how much she loves animals. The first time I brought my dog, she treated him with so much care that I felt completely comfortable. I ended up coming back to bring my cat to get her nails cut, and she did an amazing job. She was very careful and gentle with my cat’s nails, and she did everything right in front of me. That made me trust her even more because I could see how kindly and patiently she handled my cat. After I paid, she even offered me a free shirt for my dog and cat! It was so sweet she had different shirts for me to choose f
