Roscoe had a growth removed from his left eye. It looks amazing and zero evidence of a scar. He also had his teeth cleaned and they look great!

This clinic has really gone downhill. The staff act like they hate their jobs, hold times are ridiculous, and the wait is unbearable. My family has trusted this place for years, but the care and compassion we once received are gone. Honestly, I was treated better when I came to put down my 18-year-old Dachshund than when I brought in my healthy 2-year-old cat to be spayed. My cat was spayed Wednesday. I later learned she was in heat and that the surgery was “more complicated”—something the receptionist mentioned before quoting me $298. However, it wasn't until later that I found out I was charged more for this. No vet explained anything, and I was told (by the receptionist) she could “lick and groom” her incision as long as she didn’t chew it. By Saturday, her incision was red, swollen,

I had a problem with my dog this place got him better strong and healthy again and he needed the 2 visit! 💯%he got antibiotic shot,rabies shot, flea pill and a steroids shot with 12 steroids I got the meds right there ! 👌 It was great service ,friendly staff, a great vet and co-workers was all about helping me 😄I knew we come to right place wen we left both times the first visit was 30 bucks to do a anal gland clean it if uno wat that is ? 😉The 2md time his back end was worse from biting and bleeding also but they got my dog happy and healthy eating not biting his tail or back and they helped me with cheap can't beatem prices on everything I was shocked it was that good of prices !! 👌So btw I'm in east Tennessee 37643 we flooded they shut down and I had follow up with them ?!? Now wat can

Everytime our little dog gets sick( can't schedule their sickness)and we go see if she can be seen,they are too busy to even work her in. She's a patient there,that's where she gets her shots but they will never work her in. They are not sympathetic at all just say they are too busy and don't care!!
