I received all out amazing help for my carpet. It was done in a timely manner. The installers were very kind and although I had a lot of house to do they were able to do it in one day with professional quality. Chris helped me pick out carpet and walked me through all the steps and make it a easy as possible. I am very happy with my carpet and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

The in house employees were professional and friendly. They are one company that stands behind their product! The installers they sent were professionals and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend the store.

Choosing Econo Flooring turned out to be an excellent choice for our flooring needs. Besides the 3 week delay in receiving our product from Shaw, the manufacturer, it was a great experience. So be prepared for possible products delays. Our experience with Russell, the sales representative was great. He was very helpful and communicated regularly through the whole process even while he was on vacation he called us from his personal cell phone. He is dedicated to pleasing his customers. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they go above and beyond any other retailers I have ever known to maintain the outstanding reputation that has preceded them for several decades now. Both the Columbus GA branch and the Macon GA branch are top notch and I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the flooring industry except ECONO CARPET SALES, and I have no doubt in my mind that if anyone takes the opportunity to do business with them, they will feel exactly the same.
