Pampered Pets

They always do such an amazing job grooming our babies and they are so sweet. Very great customer service and I like that they are very flexible with hours. The poodles always come home happy and the haircuts are perfect. I’m sure our babies are difficult but they always do a great job. This is the best grooming place we’ve found in town and the prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend.

Person on the phone is rude and ill-mannered. I get being busy near the holidays but it was still no way to treat a customer. My dog was shaved practically bald and he looked like a naked mole rat. I will not be going here for grooming anymore.

Absolutely love them Jazz always looks great when we pick him up everyone is so friendly and helpful and now we have Leo as well and he loves Rachel she does such a amazing job with him very patient very kind

Very clean establishment. They are really nice here. We are trying to get Prissy straightened out where she received a horrible cut at Petsmart, thanks to Trey a few weeks ago. It will take a few visits, but we are getting there.

We’ve been coming to pampered pets for the better part of 7 years and during our last visit they completely shaved my dogs face down. He looked like a rat and when I called to tell them that this was not the correct haircut whoever was on the phone told me there was nothing they could do and if we needed to find a new groomer then that was for us to decide. It’s been a month and his hair still hasn’t grown back around his face and I’m extremely upset. $70 for a haircut I could’ve done myself and he looks ridiculous.
