We took cats here for a prolonged period. The shop was in a rough area of town. Huge pot holes in parking lot that are bad for vehicle. Area seemed a little sketchy. Went in there. Not a lot of animals. They do cash only so you cannot use cards. Cats were kept in a large cage. It smelt bad upn walking inside. We didn't have many options and had to leave them. The people seemed nice enough. In the cat pen was a Childs bed. I was under the impression two workers would be there with the cats. They send pics which I appreciated. They texted at first which I appreciated. They initiated the texts meaning this is a normal way they communicate with customers. They said text was no problem. Drove across town to leave them and upon arrival (not mentioned before) they asked if they had flea treatmen

I have two Maltese named name Frosty and Leo- Leo is kind of okay as far as his attitude toward people where is Frosty is the one that you have to worry about so is my first time going there and I was very impressed on how they handle Frosty and Leo as far as the grooming is concerned they take time out and they were so patient and understanding that it just took me for a loop and I'm so proud of how they look after I pick them up cause they were very matted and as you can tell frosted and Leo was happy as well the two ladies there know exactly what they're doing when it comes to handling fur babies but I would love to give a shout out to animal SOS for helping me with their grooming

First time going here. First impression-- the holding area for your dog while they wait to get groomed is really nice. There's dog beds and toys and blankets, unlike any other groomer I've seen (that take your dog ""to the back" and usually stuff them in a little cage). It also smells really nice and is extremely clean. Both my dogs came out smelling wonderful, and looking great and for once -- HAPPY not acting like they'd just been tortured lol. They were genuinely comfortable and pleased. The groomers gave them two little toys that they are already obsessed with, on their way out! Overall probably the best grooming experience I have had. Thank you! We will definitely be back and definitely be recommending!

LOVE the wonderful ladies at Loving Touch Grooming. They treat every animal as if they are their own. They took special care of my sweet Reid while we were stationed at Fort Benning. They go above and beyond! I will definitely use them again if we find our way back to the area.

They always do an amazing job with my two shih tzus!
