Dr. Purcell and her team saw my baby as a new patient. He was already very sick but it was sudden. This was my child! A few days later I had to make that horrible decision that all fur parents have to make. I had to say a very hard goodbye. Dr. Purcell and her staff were so compassionate and caring. I’ve never experienced the kind of caring they showed. She gave him a shot to ease him and make him sleepy. I was given time, before the final shot, to spend time with him and to say goodbye. After that, she let me know when he was gone. In the sweetest way! I was then given more time with him. Not rushed in any way! Dr. Jennifer and her team were amazing and got Doug in right away! They also called when they had a cancellation to get him earlier. Dog with lots of issues and had never seen him before. Listened to total history and were quick to help where they could! From the receptionist, to the tech, to Dr Purcell, they were all top knotch! Thank you all for helping Douglas!

Honestly amazing care. I took my sweet fur baby here for a spay and they took such great care of her and kept me posted about the process. They truly care, and the prices are some of the fairest, most unbeatable prices I’ve ever seen… especially for quality care. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here. This clinic is the best animal clinic I have ever encountered. They were so kind and informed from intake to care. Shannon is astounding at intake and scheduling. They took us in at the last minute. Charity was considerate through the whole process. Dr. Purcell was honest and empathetic through the entire experience. This clinic is just a different kind of place. I truly appreciate all the people there.

Hello. I am quite pleased I happened upon Dr. Purcell after my former vet retired. She and her staff were very pleasant, yet professional.
