5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe the exceptional care and treatment my dog gets every time I take her here. I was able to get her seen immediately by Dr Hudson for what turned out to be a uterine infection that I imagine would have been way worse had she not been seen so soon. Dr Hudson and the incredible team at Bay Animal Clinic have been so kind and caring through the whole stressful process of my dog needing emergency surgery and I was able to have her checked out, through surgery, and on the road to recovery all in the same day and even getting follow up calls to check on how she’s doing. The greatest feeling to have is knowing that your dog’s comfort and best interest isn’t just your priority but theirs too. I would spend an endless amount of money for my baby but I am grateful

My cat received exceptional care. He didn't have an appointment, and since he had a swollen paw, the team attended to him immediately. The entire staff demonstrated extraordinary kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout the visit. I highly recommend their services. Without a doubt, it's the most welcoming veterinary clinic I've found in Alabama.

Just love the staff and Drs. at Bay Animal Clinic. They are always so friendly and caring. Will not go anywhere else. 🩷 Update: I had to put my sweet Maverick to sleep today. It was the BEST Worst experience I could have asked for. Dr. Dizon was the most amazing and caring Doctor. She was so kind and loving and made a very hard experience as good as possible. She was so gentle and kind to Maverick and I from start to finish. I can’t praise her enough. I am so thankful to have her by my side in such a hard situation. Thank you Dr. Dixon and staff.

Can’t recommend these folks enough! The reception group has always found a way to squeeze us in on short notice when our dogs are sick or need to be looked at. Dr Hudson and Dr Kuhn are both excellent vets.

We found a stray feral cat that had been hit by a car. We called several local vets and were referred to the Daphne Animal Shelter. None could help us until I tried Bay Animal Clinic. They were so kind to take us without an appointment, euthanize the kitty and cleaned our carrier. Highly recommend this clinic.
