ECC&I surprised us by doing what most companies today don't practice which is putting the customer first. I was about to go with their competitor that took over a week to give me a quote, and not returning my calls untill I ultimately said just forget these guys and called ECC&I. Everything was flawless from the get go. Sales force, timing, prices, and the excellent craftsmanship of the installation which was carpeting with difficult stairs. I know this because I was a carpet installer as a younger able man who learned the trade from a master. Everything was done right by this company and I am extremely pleased with it all. We had our second floor recarpeted today and I couldn’t be happier. I’m still shocked the entire second floor was finished in a day. The gentleman that came to do the work were incredibly polite and helpful. They were extremely accommodating as I wanted furniture from one room put in another room after the carpet was installed. The carpet is absolutely beautiful, seamless, and exquisitely installed. The process of having the upstairs measured was easily scheduled, completed quickly and professionally, and we were able to pick out the carpet we wanted the same day as well as have a complete estimate. We have been working with Michelle for over a year now refreshing our mid century modern-ish but rustic California ranch. We started with wanting to replace the original wall to wall white carpet with wood flooring in the main part of the house. Our house has an unusual and open vibe with stained wood ceilings and beams. She came over, assessed and returned with the most perfect multi tonal whitewashed flooring sample. Both my husband and I were immediately taken by how perfect a choice it was!!! She went on to choose the loveliest spa gray green multi dimensional carpet for the bedrooms..which was, again the perfect choice!! Greatest carpet store on the planet great staff and installers wood

Contracted with this store to do a simple kitchen floor installation which should have been completed in one day. It has taken 5 months to complete the installation of the floor trim which was installed without properly staining it. The owner seems very unorganized and does not follow up on quality of installation. Offers lots of excuses.
